Key Responsibilities
Quoting and Sales Enablement
- Develop, issue, and manage customer quotes across all A&I brands in salesforce and ERP systems.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing, part configuration, and documentation
- Track quote status and conduct follow-up communications for smaller-value orders or repeat customers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Customer Success Manager to standardize quoting processes as A&I systems merge and mature.
- Support new process development as the business moves toward integrated quoting tools and standardized quote templates.
- Act as a frontline contact for inbound inquires related to quotes, orders, and product availability.
- Support Smaller or transactional customers directly to ensure high responsiveness or retention.
- Provide Visibility to order progress and coordinate internally when fulfillment or logistics updates are needed.
- Maintain a customer-first approach through professional, timely, and proactive communication.
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity by updating opportunities, quote notes, and customer interactions.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales on outbound quote campaigns or re-engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with Operations and Customer Success to share insights on order patterns, customer needs, and process bottlenecks.
- Help streamline workflows between inside sales, field sales, and customer success functions.

- Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent [professional experience in sales support, quoting, or customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and customer-facing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace, matrixed environment.
- 2-4 years of experience in inside salesforce, ERP systems, and standard quoting processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in salesforces, ERP systems, and standard quoting processes
- experience with supporting industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing markets,
- Familiarity with technical products, engineered solutions, or service-based sales models.
- Demonstrated ability to identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities within transactional accounts.
