This position is responsible for production planning, procurement, and inventory management activities within a regulated environment, leveraging IFS (ERP system) and ETQ (Quality Management System - QMS).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle using ERP, including requisition processing, purchase order creation, and supplier delivery follow-up
- Support maintenance of the Approved Supplier List (ASL) within ERP/QMS systems
- Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure all suppliers comply with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA standards
- Develop, adjust, and maintain production and material plans in ERP to align with forecasts, lead times, and capacity constraints
- Monitor and communicate material shortages, schedule changes, or capacity constraints to Manufacturing and Operations
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing excess or obsolete stock
- Set and monitor safety stock and reorder parameters in ERP based on consumption data and supplier performance/component risk factors
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Quality Control to ensure traceability and compliance with batch and lot control requirements
- Support internal and external audits by providing traceability reports and documentation from QMS and ERP as required
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain efficiency, cost control, and ERP/QMS integration
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous, and compliant records in accordance with data integrity (ALCOA ) principles
- Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing and customer delivery
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in ERP and QMS to ensure real-time visibility into supply chain performance
- Communicate effectively across departments (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Regulatory)
- Uphold strict compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and internal SOPs
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in resolving material or supplier issues
- Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and effective teamwork in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

- Proven experience with ERP systems for procurement, MRP planning, and inventory control
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems for supplier management, Quality Events, CAPA tracking, SOPs, and document control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, or a related field
- 4 years of relevant experience in planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical or medical device sector
- Demonstrated understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory environments
- APICS (CPIM or CSCP) certification preferred
