Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager at our Salt Lake City Utah location. The Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring all deliverables are met according to timeline, budget, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating logistics, managing schedules, expediting tasks, conducting inspections, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and overseeing project deliverables
- 5 years of experience with high-end residential construction and or high-end residential design
- Skills in Logistics Management for efficient coordination of resources and timelines
- Inspection capabilities to review and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage
