Description & Responsibilities
The Logistics Auditor leads a team of Logistics Coordinators in packing, crating and shipping UAM inventory, worldwide. The SLC also:
Audits customer agreements for completeness before a logistics plan is initiated
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, FAA, AFRA, & ASA guidelines and certifications, as applicable
- Accountable for the safety and accuracy of all UAM shipments and receivables through audits, and visual inspection, when needed
- Maintain spreadsheets of receiving and shipping statistics
- Ensure through audit the packing of unit(s) for shipment and verify all necessary paperwork is included with each shipment
- Ensure Quarantine and Verona receiving logs are kept current
- Report shipping/receiving defects to warehouse management
- Maintains the existing logistics process and makes incremental improvements that increase efficiency
- Monitors and achieves logistics metrics set by warehouse management
- Lives and breathes UAM’s Quality Control Manual and enforces all related policies and procedures
- Abide by the posted AOG (Aircraft-On-Ground) schedule, and maintain availability during AOG period
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous people leadership – either directly or in functional groups
- Overall strong leadership qualities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have the ability to analyze data, search for errors and autonomously work towards solutions
- Work well against critical deadlines with the ability to multi-task
- Have good computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office Suite, with attention to detail
- Be goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Warehouse & Inventory experience is a plus
- Aviation experience desired
