Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records
- Support scheduling and appointment coordination
- Partner with clinical teams to keep the patient experience seamless
Education:
- High School diploma/GED required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and communicate in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
