UnityPoint Health - Sioux City provides coordinated clinic, hospital and home-based care for patients in Sioux City and the surrounding Siouxland area. • Collaborative team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Case Mix: Neurosurgery, vascular, general surgery, OB/GYN, urology, cardiac, trauma, pediatrics, and robotics
• Two hospitals with credentialing at both sites
• Downtown: 464 beds, 10 ORs, hybrid vascular room, cardiac and trauma services
• North campus: 64 beds, 4 ORs, OB and pediatric cases
• In-house CRNA coverage 24/7 with opportunities for additional compensated call

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Anesthesia for Nurses
• Board eligible or board certified
• Complies with criteria for recertification
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• Eligible to work in the United States
