What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a well-rounded Marketing leader, driving an end-to-end Marketing strategy for our Unity AI product, and tying our overall Unity wide AI story together
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and customer success teams.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and demand in the AI sector.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives and further product development.
- Oversee the development of high-quality, relevant content that resonates with target audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and videos.
- Leverage thought leadership to establish Unity as a trusted authority in the AI space.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and nurturing.
- Utilize metrics and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on ROI.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least eight (8) years of experience in marketing, with at least five (5) years in Product Marketing or Product Management within the technology or AI sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise.
- Proficient in digital marketing tactics and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
