Bilingual Data Entry / Bookkeeper – Chino, CA
Location: Chino, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Data Entry / Bookkeeper to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, data entry, or related work
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing invoices, bills, and payments
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- General office and administrative duties
