Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on accountant who works well in a fast-moving environment, pays close attention to detail, and can handle daily financial tasks accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Work with the sales team to prepare, issue, and update customer invoices.
- Process payroll and maintain related payroll records.
- Calculate and reconcile sales commissions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting field in the U.S.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable and consistent work schedule with the ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
