Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager who works well in a fast-moving environment, pays close attention to detail, and can handle daily financial tasks accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Manage payroll every 2 weeks and calculate commission every month.
- Manage quarterly sales tax for CA, and yearly sales tax for other states.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Perform journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
- Support auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient financial management.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field in the U.S.
- Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
- Proficient in accounting softwares.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable and consistent work schedule with the ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
