Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Associate / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling high-volume logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and distribution of materials, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving operations, including loading/unloading trucks
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts, warehousing, and storage
• Support order fulfillment, picking, packing, and distribution
• Handle high-volume requests via phone, email, and internal systems
• Resolve invoice discrepancies (Invoice Not Received / Received Not Invoiced)
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for expediting, returns, and delivery issues
• Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and reporting integrity
• Assist with distribution of regulated, controlled, and hazardous materials following compliance standards
• Monitor and improve logistics processes, workflow efficiency, and turnaround times
• Maintain adherence to safety, security, and regulatory guidelines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience

OR

• Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, and inventory management
• Experience operating forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment
• Basic understanding of inventory systems, logistics workflows, and order processing
