Unity Search has partnered exclusively with a Central Dallas multi-location Healthcare company in its search for a new Director of Accounting! For the right background, this role could be titled a CFO.
This opportunity is open due to the promotion of the current CFO to CEO. This is truly going to be a blended role and the right hand to the CEO. It will include oversight of all accounting and finance activities, (including budgeting and forecasting), treasury, strategic management, revenue cycle oversight, and team leadership.
Main requirements are:
- CPA required
- 6 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a managment role
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Very strong communication and leadership skills
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
