Unity Property & Pest is a growing, customer-focused pest control company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to serve as our Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator. This role is critical to our daily operations and customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, organized, and customer-focused. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and maintains strong attention to detail. Pest control office experience is preferred. Experience with CRM software and accurate data entry is required
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Provide service information, pricing, and resolve concerns
- Following up with leads and estimates
- Assisting with customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with customer retention and post-service follow-up
- Serving as a communication link between customers and technicians
Scheduling & Office Support
- Keeping records accurate and organized
- Enter and maintain accurate client information in CRM system
- Assisting with appointment scheduling and changes
- Supporting general day-to-day office operations
- Maintain organized office operations and administrative workflows
- Call on Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts
Sales Support
- Making Sales calls to obtain new clients and upselling services while on the phone
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on promotions and new ideas

- Confident discussing pricing and asking for payment
- Confident in cold calling
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in customer service
- CRM/software experience preferred
