What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Virginia Journeyman Electrician License
- 4 years of commercial electrical experience
- Strong NEC knowledge
- Ability to lead with humility and accountability
- Clear communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
Preferred (not required):
- Interest in leadership or supervision
- Experience mentoring apprentices or lead techs
- Electrical installation, service and troubleshooting experience
- Desire to grow into a superintendent or operations role
