About The Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day job site operations
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor and enforce job site safety standards and compliance
- Track project progress and help maintain schedules
- Ground-up and renovation commercial projects
- Sectors may include retail, healthcare, industrial, education, and office
- 1-4 years of experience in commercial construction (field or project engineer experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus
- Clear path to Superintendent or Project Manager roles
- Hands-on field experience with strong mentorship
