Child Care Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Bonus: $750 sign-on bonus

About the Role:
Join a two-person team operating a daily drop-in child care center serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old while their families attend court business. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and creates a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with center staff and maintain communication with the Director of Education

• Assist and mentor new staff as needed

• Work with the Assistant Child Care Coordinator to ensure safety and compliance

• Participate in advisory meetings and assist with ordering supplies and snacks

• Welcome and assist families upon arrival and departure, including paperwork and questions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging environment for children

• Support daily activities and provide snacks

• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and community partners

• Arrive on time, ready to contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; supervisory experience preferred

• Successful completion of mentoring program (upon hire)

• Up-to-date physical and PPD

• Experience working with children and families

• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
