Qualifications:
HS diploma/GED required, Associates preferred. Three-four years experience in relevant human services field required. Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity required. Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership/managerial skills essential. Supervisory experience required. Evidence of understanding and empathy for intellectual/developmental disabled (I/DD) population. Previous knowledge/experience with Person Centered Planning, writing/providing service plans, OPWDD regulations, Medicaid regulations and budgets preferred. NYS Driver's License in accordance with regulations and Agency policies, practices, and procedures required. Must be able to be reached by phone.
Full time, 40 hours per week on call. Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
Salary : $25 - $30
