- Keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Using software daily for scheduling, communication, and time tracking.

- Must have the general skills necessary to be able to install a ductless and ducted heat pump system (experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, general handwork, ladder work, etc).
- Proper training and certification is preferred (EPA 608, relevant heat pump installation training) but not required for this role.
- Water Heater/plumbing experience/knowledge is a bonus and may increase your pay rate.
- Experience working with ducted/central or hydronic systems is also a plus.
Compensation:
- $23-30/hr, depending on skills, experience and certifications.
- $100 monthly wellness stipend ($200 for root-cause healing work).
