What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Management Coordinator RN, Full time position at Unity Health White County?
1. Education: Current Arkansas licensure as a registered nurse. BSN/RNP preferred.
2. Training and Experience: Minimum of two year's clinical experience; excellent clinical skills with knowledge of the principles of nursing care for clients with a wide variety of medical and surgical conditions. Basic computer skills required; advanced computer skills helpful.
3. Job Knowledge: Understanding of legal, regulatory and reimbursement guidelines. Knowledge of community resources, health services and financial assistance programs available. Ability to function as an effective multidisciplinary team member. Works collaboratively with physicians. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Clinical excellence.
