Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting children from local schools to Unity Center on Monday through Thursday from 1:45 to 4:15. Unity Center follows the Cleveland, TN City Schools calendar. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and the ability to manage behavior effectively while on the road.
Duties
- Oversee the children's safety as the highest priority at all times
- Daily pickup of children at various schools and drop-off at Unity Center
- Follows the daily driving schedule provided by the Site and Education Director
- Must follow and abide by TN driving and safety laws
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in bus driving and a CDL license, or a willingness to obtain one would be beneficial.
- Knowledgeable enough to perform procedures independently without supervision
- Be a team player
- Must be 21 years or older
- High School Diploma required
