What You’ll Do

• Hold virtual appointments with clients to identify their needs and offer solutions.

• Work with inbound leads only — no cold calling or door-to-door sales.

• Complete a guided training program and get your state life insurance license (we’ll help if you’re not licensed yet).

• Support clients through the entire application process and provide follow-up care.

• Set personal goals and manage your daily workflow independently.

• Represent the company with professionalism and a client-first approach.

• No insurance experience? No problem — we train you.

• You’re self-motivated, reliable, and open to coaching.

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people.

• You’re comfortable working remotely with a flexible full-time schedule.

• You value honesty, work ethic, and doing the right thing.
