We are expanding our virtual sales team and looking for driven, service-oriented individuals to become Remote Insurance Sales Representatives.
Agents work with leads and connect virtually with prospective clients who want information about insurance and financial protection solutions. This position allows you to focus on consultative selling and client service without traditional cold calling or door-to-door prospecting.
No previous insurance sales experience is necessary. We welcome entry-level applicants, career changers, and experienced sales professionals.
A Typical Day May Include
- Contacting prospective clients to schedule consultations.
- Conducting phone or video appointments from your home office.
- Learning about each clients priorities and coverage concerns.
- Educating clients about available insurance options.
- Recommending solutions based on the clients stated needs.
- Completing applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Following up with clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Attending virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Tracking progress toward individual sales goals.
