We are seeking motivated professionals for a full-time Remote Insurance Sales Consultant position. You will meet virtually with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and explain suitable financial protection solutions.
There is no door-to-door selling, traditional cold calling, or network marketing. Previous insurance experience is not required, and entry-level candidates are welcome.
What You Will Do
- Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
- Work with company leads to develop new business opportunities.
- Understand each clients financial concerns and insurance needs.
- Explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
- Recommend appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
- Complete required product, sales, and compliance training.
- Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Work toward individual and team production goals.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to follow a structured sales process and accept coaching.
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
- Organized and consistent with follow-up.
- Available to work full-time or part-time.
- Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training and guidance are provided.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, real estate, recruiting, hospitality, financial services, or account management is helpful but not required.
