Position Purpose:
The Executive Business Partner supports the Upper-Level Executive Team including the Chairman and CEO, President & Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and Chief Transformation Officer, and provides significant administrative and logistical support to the Assistant Corporate Secretary. The position manages Senior Executives’ calendars, coordinates executive communications, prepares reports and presentations, oversees special projects, and acts as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders. This role combines advanced administrative expertise with business acumen, acting as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, drives administrative efficiency, and supports organizational objectives. Performance shall meet and exceed company policies and procedures while meeting the individual needs of the Senior Executive Team. Assignments must be completed in a timely and professional manner, maintaining confidentiality while utilizing best judgement in decision making of all tasks and assignments. |

10% | Provide Coverage and backup as needed in Lower-Level Corporate Executive area. |
10% | Efficent and professional completion of special assignments as directed by Executive and Management Team for process enhancements and in fulfillment of the corporate mission. |
