Position Purpose
Manage and coordinate the planning and implementation of DER programs in a manner consistent with regulatory requirements and in conformance with budgetary guidelines ensuring effective delivery of programs throughout the Unitil service territories for assigned market sectors: residential and commercial
Principal Accountabilities

30% | Provides superior service to electric and gas customers by developing, implementing and managing the Company's DER programs including energy efficiency programs, generator interconnections, and electric vehicle programs. Leads program efforts including program development and management.

30% | Develops and maintains systems to store program information that meet Company and regulatory agency requirements. Disseminate information as required.

20% | Builds and maintains relationships with regulators, ESCOs, utility counterparts, and other stakeholders by:

Qualifications
BA/BS in Business, Marketing or Engineering; MBA or equivalent advanced education desirable.
Five years related experience. Must be able to demonstrate successful professional experience across technical, strategic, and business areas and must have superior oral, written and computer skills.
