The Role
The Community Participation Services Program Coordinator leads with enthusiasm, ensuring the smooth operation of day program activities while maintaining compliance with New Hampshire State regulations and fostering a positive environment for clients and staff. They excel in hiring, training, and mentoring a dedicated team, promoting clear communication and adherence to agency policies. With a focus on person-centered programming and active participation in Individual Service Plan meetings, they infuse purpose and meaning into daily activities. Their commitment to community involvement, collaboration with specialists, and nurturing relationships with families and providers contributes to a vibrant and supportive atmosphere. They eagerly facilitate team meetings, attend engaging events, and enthusiastically tackle any assigned tasks, embodying a spirit of positivity and dedication in all they do.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in Human Services Field
- At Least 5 years relevant experience required
- Experience working in a non-profit environment preferred but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
