The Real Estate Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our real estate platform. This position is instrumental in enhancing portfolio performance, improving cost efficiency, and strengthening overall team effectiveness. Leading the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio, this role ensures processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with business goals. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily real estate operations including property management coordination, leasing activity tracking, and vendor performance.
- Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting across assets.
- Monitor KPIs across the portfolio (occupancy, NOI, leasing velocity, maintenance SLAs, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between acquisitions, asset management, construction, and property teams.
- Manage third-party vendors, property managers, brokers, and service providers to ensure performance standards are met.
- Drive process automation and system optimization (CRM, property management systems, reporting dashboards).
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio expansion.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build systems, processes, and scalable workflows.
- Experience in real estate operations, asset management, property management, or a related field.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in real estate systems (Google Earth, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
