Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator for the Recruiting team
Purpose of the Position:
The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment team with administrative and day-to-day recruitment efforts.
Job responsibilities:
- Work with 3rd party vendors in processing references and verification of employment on new hires
- Process backgrounds on new hires through background company
- Process annual drug screens for Clinical staff
- Post ads on job boards, not connected to the company’s ATS
- Maintain New Employee Joining Calendar
- Full Recruiting Process of Federal Work Studies
- Applicant Tracking User, for sourcing and reporting
- Credentialing follow-up
- Audit Recruiter Files on a weekly basis
- Send Job Descriptions as needed
- Assist with Campus Audits
- Manage all candidates that have “Opted In” through Skills Survey to learn more about Unitek
- Manage Employees Referral Program
- Process employee referrals
- Assists with other projects for the Recruiting Team as assigned
- Regular, in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site is an essential function of this position.
- This role requires 3 days of on-site collaboration with staff in the Tempe corporate office.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma
- High sense of urgency
- Extraordinary attention to detail & time management skills
- Experience supporting the recruitment function
- Self-motivated, outgoing and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Internet savvy and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Position Status:
Full-time position with responsibilities of approximately 40 hours per week at the institution. This position will be classified as an “At-will”
