We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes pride in flawless execution. This role is central to orchestrating complex physician recruitment processes and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and senior healthcare leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex, multi-day interview itineraries involving physicians and C-suite executives
- Coordinate all aspects of candidate travel with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee database management and ensure accuracy across all recruitment systems
- Manage and optimize job board postings and advertising placements
- Lead LinkedIn recruitment coordination and candidate engagement tracking
- Serve as a polished, professional liaison between candidates and executive stakeholders
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting or interacting with senior executives (C-suite exposure strongly preferred)
- Exceptional command of formal written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare or physician recruitment preferred
- Working knowledge of physician specialties and recruitment dynamics
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Team-oriented with a “no drama,” high-accountability approach
- Three years Recruitment Coordinator or C-Suite Executive Assistant with demonstrated stability with at least three years employment at one company
- No job-hoppers or new graduates
