As a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Strategic Account Executive, you'll create the strategic retention and growth plan for customers with the goal of serving and renewing accounts. You'll merge your business savvy and relationship skills to become an extension of the customer's business. It's as simple as that. If you're out to do more, this may be the opportunity for you.
This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate the lifecycle of the customer relationship from Request For Proposal (RFP) to contract renewal
- Demonstrate the value propositions for specialty and ancillary business to improve customer growth and retention
- Strategically plan and meet with customer quarterly, identifying trends and offering solutions per the Insight Driven Solutions (IDS) consultative process
- Prepare, host and follow-up an annual strategic planning session

Required Qualifications
- State health insurance license required upon hire, and life insurance licenses required within 3 months from position start date
- 3 years of sales and/or service experience in the insurance industry
- Driver's license and access to reliable transportation; ability to maintain an excellent driving record
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- TPA experience

Salary : $75,000 - $160,000
