The Digital Content Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our commitment to members by rigorously testing and validating web pages. This position requires exceptional attention to detail to confirm that all digital content is accurate and fully aligned with the approved comps filed across all 55 states and territories. The primary responsibility of the Digital Content Specialist is to verify that each web page is correct, compliant, and consistent with the versions submitted to state regulatory agencies.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate Efficiently
- Supporting Non-DTC testing, DTC OLE testing, VPP testing
- Improving quality assurance, reduce member impacts, meeting compliance requirements
- Tests comps for web pages and tools for filing
- Create supporting documentation for filing
- Serve as point-of-contact to provide GPD team members status on testing
- Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical testing issues
- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet
- Able to identify, prioritize and resolve issues quickly and to follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
- Communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully to everyone
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in content testing/validation
- Experience working in a matrixed, compliance-driven organization
- Advanced or higher level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Has previously worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates
- Degree in Communications, Digital, or related field
- Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of Medicare products and/or Medicare business
- Excellent organizational, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Team player who can collaborate with different teams and functions
