As a Occupational Therapist you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life by developing personalized rehabilitation plans for those with mental, developmental, or physical challenges.  You will collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to deliver safe and effective patient centered care tailored to each individual's needs. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact while applying your clinical expertise and tech-savvy documentation skills. 

Location:  Hillsdale Hospital in Hillsdale, MI

Schedule: This full time, nonexempt position will work 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, in home health with a possible weekend rotation in the hospital as needed.

Rehab Department: Operating hours for the hospital are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, and Saturday, 8:00am-4:00pm. Outpatient hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm. Software systems utilized include Agile (Outpatient), Brightree/Matrix (Home Health), NetHealth (SNF), and CPSI (Inpatient).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or School of Occupational Therapy
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing (or eligibility)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters' degree  
• 1 years of work experience  

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
