Summary: Oversee nursing activities and assignments; organize and assign responsibilities based on resident population, staff qualifications, and physical structure. Oversee and monitor aides in resident care based on job requirements and resident expectations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Licensed Practical Nurse by Board of Examiners in PA, in good standing
- Completed pharmacology course.
- Current CPR certification
