Role Description The Closing Manager is a full-time, in-person in Stuart, FL area, hybrid or fully remote role responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of yacht and boat transaction closings from AOV to funding. This role oversees the preparation, review, and execution of closing documents, ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, and maintains accurate closing timelines. The Closing Manager collaborates closely with brokers, buyers, sellers, lenders, insurers, and documentation services to gather required information and resolve issues that may delay closing. Daily activities include tracking deposits and payments, arranging loan and lien payoff information, confirming title and documentation requirements, and ensuring all conditions are met before closing. The role also includes maintaining organized electronic records, providing clear status updates to all parties, and contributing to continuous improvements in closing processes and client experience.
Qualifications
- MUST- Yacht / Boat brokerage experience
- Strong transaction management skills, including experience coordinating Closings and overseeing end-to-end funding and disbursement processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and requirements to clients and partners.
- Proficiency with digital document management, CRM, and basic office software; comfort working in a paperless environment.
- Prior experience in marine, boating, or yacht brokerage industries..
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in closing or lending operations.
- Knows how to lead those that don't want to be lead.
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
