What You’ll Do
- Support volunteers with scheduling, training, and communications.
- Build relationships with our corporate volunteers to increase engagement.
- Help organize and distribute supplies and technology for tax sites.
- Assist with client follow-up and troubleshooting.
- Maintain calendars and information systems to keep things running smoothly.
- Pitch in with onsite support for volunteers and clients during tax season.
- Learn IRS rules and processes for volunteer tax sites.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable with technology like Microsoft Office 365; able to learn and adopt new technology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (internships, volunteer work, part-time roles all count).
- 0–2 years of experience in a professional or volunteer setting (we’re looking for potential, not perfection).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Must be able to become an IRS-certified volunteer tax preparer and site coordinator. Training will be provided after hire.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs
