Responsibilities
- Oversight of outsourced and internal AR aging, clearinghouse rejections,
- Identifies root causes and establishes processes and procedures to
- Identifies problematic AR aging buckets and assigns accounts to their team
- Works with senior leadership in recruiting, onboarding, performance
- Documents, analyzes, and trends collection activities and communicates
- Sets internal and external goals, creates work plans to meet those goals,
- Trends AR and Denials issues and communicates process improvements to

- Maximizes revenue through detailed review, analysis, and follow-up on all
- Prepares reports and data as directed to support departmental goals,
- Stays abreast of all federal, state, and payer guidelines and communicates
- Communicates and facilitates special projects and requests as needed.

- A minimum of 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a healthcare
- 3 years leading and managing a team.
- Clear understanding of Accounts Receivable workflows and processes.
- Preferred experience working with eClinicalWorks.
- Strong experience working in Excel.
- Understanding of basic medical terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing/changing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, as well as
- Ability to recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to
