Looking for someone with HR experience. Pay listed is for someone who is currently HR certified or was prior with the following:
Looking for someone with an extensive background & understanding of benefits. Must be able to fully explain all possible benefits, process new employees, renewals, open enrollment etc without assistance.
Looking for someone with an extensive background in dispute resolution that can handle a wide variety without assistance and explain the legal boundaries of each. Without assistance.
Background and experience overseeing both blue collar and white collar. Ideally over 1,000 employees under management.
Full understanding of HR pertaining to payroll and PR processing for a PR team, without assistance.
Experience handling HR for various insurance including employee disputes and worker's comp claims. Experience with dozens of subpoenas and depositions.
Experience winning hundreds of Unemployment claims.
10 Years experience. Must know all legal implications for a magnitude of businesses.
Also interested in someone currently pursuing their HR license and has a schedule to take their HR cert test (to be hired at an entry or mid level position). Sales and Payroll backgrounds are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain accurate payroll records for employees
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Provide HR information to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices
Skills:
- Proficient in using payroll software systems
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software and principles
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of corporate accounting practices
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Familiarity with governmental accounting regulations is a plus
