Lancaster Specialty Surgery Center is seeking a PRN Nursing Assistant to join our team!!

Job Summary:

• Assist patients with pre-operative care, including intra-op, pre-operative and post-operative care under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support patients and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized patient care environment.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Longevity in past roles.
