We are looking for dependable, compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team. If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in residents’ lives, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Answer call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Communicate effectively with nurses and team members
- Provide compassionate, dignified care to all residents
What We’re Looking For:
- Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
