Job Description
**Digital assessment test is required to be completed within 14 days of submitting application.
Issue parts to BRS employees in a way that demonstrates a high level of customer service
Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory counts are correct
Work efficiently with the mill computer operating system especially as it relates to issuing warehouse parts
Perform daily inspections of the warehouse
Organize the warehouse in a way that contributes to efficiency
Effectively work with required PPE
Ensure good housekeeping practices are carried out throughout the work area and grounds
Perform cross training within the warehouse to accomplish an understanding of all positions
Support other departments as needed to strengthen BRS profitability and continual improvements efforts
Maintain flexibility regarding work schedule to include filling in for coworkers during their absence
Preferred Skills:
Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and specifics
Strong technical and analytical/problem solving skills/mechanically inclined/computer skills/highly organized
Good insight into team dynamics and positive team player
Strong communication/verbal skills and computer literate
Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
Previous related experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
