Your impact- Keep equipment healthy: install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of mechanical systems.
- Diagnose issues quickly to keep production efficient and on schedule.
- Operate machinery during repair and jump into operational tasks when needed.
- Balance independent work with teamwork alongside experienced maintenance technicians.
- High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to pass required assessment test(s).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience—or formal education—in print reading and troubleshooting.
- Comfort with rotating schedules, including weekends, plus overtime when required.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines without exception.
- Wear the full set of PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection.
- Be prepared for an industrial environment that can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.
