Inside Sales Representative - Fire Sprinkler Service
Role Summary:
Support service division sales by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into booked projects.
The pay range is $40,000-$60,000 /YR, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Sell fire sprinkler inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance contracts.
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow‑up with customers to secure deals.
- Collaborate with outside sales reps and service teams.
- Maintain updated records in CRM.
Job Qualifications
- 2 years inside sales/customer service experience, ideally in fire protection or technical services.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
- NFPA knowledge a plus (training provided).
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
