We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, operating warehouse equipment, assisting with packaging and shipping activities, and ensuring efficient material flow throughout the facility.
Pay Range - $21.00-$24.00/hour
Monday-Friday, first shift
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular cycle counts
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update records
- Coordinate inventory transfers, stocking, and replenishment activities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with packaging, labeling, palletizing, and preparing shipments
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) required
- Ability to safely operate a forklift; forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
