Overview:
We are seeking a member-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Representative. As a Member Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs thru electronic options including telephone. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent member service to all members, both in person and over the phone
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry, including 10-key typing
- Handle transactions electronically as directed by members
- Maintain member records and ensure accuracy of information and confidentiality
- Promote financial products and services to meet member needs
- Build and maintain strong member relationships through effective communication
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in positive customer service or financial services is highly desirable
-Experience with digital financial tools and expanded phone system is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
