Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Developer to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization, Power BI, and integration with APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain intuitive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Configure Dynamics 365 platform based on functional requirements provided by business teams.
• Develop plugins, workflows, and business process flows within Dynamics 365.
• Implement and integrate using WEB API, SOAP API, and Dynamics 365 SDK tools.
• Work with flow connectors, triggers, inbound/outbound integrations, and Dynamics 365 field types.
• Write and troubleshoot client-side JavaScript for D365 applications.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Support in-sprint automation, script failure reviews, and regression testing.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Strong development experience with plugins, workflows, and custom solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI report and dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating with WEB API, SOAP API, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and collaborative development practices.
