Position Overview

The Junior Controller supports the finance team by assisting in financial planning, reporting, and internal controls. This role is ideal for a candidate growing into full controller responsibilities, handling multiple aspects of financial management under supervision.

Annual Salary: $40,000

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support budget preparation and variance analysis
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with policies
• Prepare account reconciliations and support audits
• Collaborate with department heads on financial planning
• Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights

• Onsite

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–5 years accounting or finance experience
