Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, sales, and performance of 2–3 store locations within the assigned region
- Lead, coach, and develop store leaders to drive consistent execution and results
- Analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
- Drive recruitment, staffing, and engagement strategies to meet business needs
- Ensure consistent execution of the Serve, Solve (Resolve), and Sell customer experience
- Use performance data to develop targeted action plans and improvements
- Conduct operational reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
- Partner with senior leadership on reporting, business reviews, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain high repair quality standards and compliance with technical procedures
- 3–5 years of multi-unit retail or equivalent leadership experience
- Hands-on technical repair experience with smartphones, computers, or game consoles required
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
- Ability to travel daily between assigned store locations
- Base Pay: $20 – $22 per hour (approximately $41,600 – $45,760 based on full-time hours)
- Incentives: Monthly store incentives and performance-based bonuses
- Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on store performance
