Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Group Manager oversees multiple retail store locations to ensure operational excellence, sales growth, and exceptional guest service. This role provides leadership and accountability to store leaders, driving profitability, team development, and customer satisfaction in alignment with uBreakiFix by Asurion’s Core Values and business goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, sales, and performance of 2–3 store locations within the assigned region.
- Lead, coach, and develop store leaders to meet business objectives and maintain consistent operational execution.
- Analyze sales and financial results, including P&L statements, to identify improvement opportunities and ensure profitability.
- Drive recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement strategies to support business needs.
- Ensure the Serve, Solve (Resolve), and Sell customer experience methodology is consistently applied.
- Use performance data to develop and implement targeted action plans.
- Conduct operational assessments, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to reinforce company culture and standards.
- Partner with senior leadership on business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain high repair quality standards and ensure adherence to technical procedures and tools.
- 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit retail management or similar leadership role.
- Technical repair experience with smartphones, computers, or game consoles required.
- Strong financial management and P&L analysis skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications.
- Ability to travel daily between assigned store locations.
