Role Description
The Septic Truck Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Florida, NY. Responsibilities include safely operating and driving a septic truck to service client locations, adhering to DOT regulations and company safety guidelines, performing septic and grease trap cleanings, unloading collected waste at designated facilities, and maintaining accurate service records. The role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure quality service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid CDL Class B license with tanker endorcement for operating commercial vehicles
- Proven experience in truck driving and vehicle operation
- Knowledge and adherence to DOT regulations
- Ability to perform loading and unloading duties safely and efficiently
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the septic or sewer industry is a plus
