Team Manager – Adult Outpatient Services

The Team Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant behavioral health services. This role provides clinical oversight, staff supervision, and coordination of client care while supporting a collaborative, client-centered environment.

What You Will Do (Day-to Day):
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance guidance
- Oversee the delivery of patient care services to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Provide direct clinical services as needed, including individual and group counseling
- Develop care plans tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning and diagnostic evaluations
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $75,000-80,000 (based on experience)
Minimum Qualifications:
LCSW, LMFT, LPC required.
Three years of relevant direct clinical care experience is required.
Experience as a clinical supervisor preferred.
Clinical experience with clients with substance abuse problems, adults with SPMI, Dual Diagnosis, and Trauma is highly desired.
Work Location: Because our clients rely on face-to-face support to build trust, this position is fully in-person and office based.
